With the increasing urbanization and loss of natural habitats, it has become more important than ever to create spaces that not only provide aesthetic pleasure but also serve as sanctuaries for birds, butterflies, and other creatures.

When planning a new garden it’s crucial to understand the importance of garden design and how it can enhance both the beauty and functionality of your outdoor space and attract wildlife.

I am passionate about gardens, gardening, landscaping and plants and in this book, l explore the significance of garden design and provide you with five essential tips to help you create a stunning and wildlife-friendly garden. I hope, with this book to share my enthusiasm with many others and to help a few budding gardeners along the way.

All my life I have been interested in and worked in gardens, gardening, landscaping and garden design in Ireland and the UK.

What's Covered in a Virtual Garden Design Consultation

What we talk about in the consultation is up to yourself and you can steer the conversation.

  • Perhaps it’s a completely new project and you just need some pointers about where to start, where to position patios, paths, garden beds and other features.
  • Do you need help deciding on the overall style of your garden?
  • Maybe it’s an existing garden and you would like some help deciding on how best to give it new lease of life. I can advise on which plants are worth keeping, moving and removing.
  • Or maybe you just have some general gardening questions related to your own garden or gardening tasks and want a bit of help or guidance on how and when to do certain gardening jobs.
  • Depending on what you want from the consultation, the more information you can give me beforehand or have with you on the day, the better.

The length of each consultation is up to 1 hour.

If there is no availability showing, that means I am booked out. You can email me directly at peterdowdallgardener@gmail.com if this is the case and I can contact you should a cancellation appear.

Sharon - Dublin

Peter takes the mystery out of gardening. He's like a gardener's gardener if tha makes sense. This ebook was so easy to follow, nothing highbrow and all makes sense.
